Advertising Policy

A person, member, business, or organization that  purchases advertising at the Newsletter rate only will have their business card published on the sponsor page of our club newsletter for 10 editions (preferably September - June). Cost for members will be $25.00 and for non-members will be $75.00.

A person, member, business, or organization that purchases advertising at the Website rate only will have their business card posted in the friends and sponsors section of our website for 12 months (preferably September - August). The posting will include a link to the advertiser's e-mail and/or website where applicable. Cost for members will be $25.00 and for non-members will be $75.00

A person, member, business, or organization that purchases advertising for the both the Newsletter and Website shall be entitled to the two benefits stated above. Cost at this level will be $30.00 for members and $125.00 for non-members.

Advertising rates shall be reviewed by the Executive committee annually.

Advertisers will be contacted by mail and/or email approximately one month before their advertising is due to expire.  People who fail to renew their advertising will be dropped from the sponsorship sections of the newsletter and/or website.
